1. Acceptance

By interacting with AURA — the agentic AI assistant operated by Rocket99 Ventures LLC ("we", "us") — across Instagram, Messenger, web chat, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel where AURA is deployed, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following age requirements to use AURA:

  • 13 years or older — minimum age to interact with AURA via Instagram or Messenger, in line with Meta platform requirements.
  • 18 years or older — minimum age to enter into any binding agreement with Rocket99 Ventures LLC, including joining the early-access waitlist or activating a paid plan.
  • Users between 13 and 17 may interact with the chatbot only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of the AURA chatbot

  • Use of the AURA chatbot is provided free of charge.
  • Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
  • AURA is not a substitute for professional human advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) and is not a substitute for human customer service.
  • Rocket99 Ventures LLC is not liable for any decision or action taken in reliance on a response generated by AURA. You are responsible for verifying any information that matters to you before acting on it.

4. Privacy

By using AURA you consent to the collection and processing of data described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications

Rocket99 Ventures LLC may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when published at this URL. Continued use of AURA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
