Privacy Policy

How we handle your data.

Last updated · May 8, 2026

Rocket99 Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "Rocket99") operates AURA, an agentic AI assistant platform that helps small and mid-sized businesses respond to customer messages across Instagram, Messenger, web chat, WhatsApp, and email. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

Messages received via Instagram DM and Messenger

When you send a message to a business that uses AURA on Instagram or Messenger, we receive the message content, your public profile name, and your platform-assigned user ID. This is what allows the AURA chatbot to answer you on behalf of the business.

Data you provide voluntarily

If you share your name, email, or phone number during the conversation (for example, to receive a quote, book an appointment, or join a waitlist), we store that information so the business can follow up with you.

Technical data

We log anonymized IP addresses, device type, and browser/app language to help diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use it

  • To automatically answer common customer questions on behalf of the business (menu, hours, location, reservations, pricing).
  • To improve the quality of the chatbot's responses through aggregate, internal review.
  • We never use your data for advertising and we never sell it to third parties.

3. Data processors

AURA relies on the following service providers to operate. Each processes data only on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — application hosting and serverless compute.
  • Supabase Inc. (United States) — database and authentication.
  • Google LLC (United States) — Gemini AI API (primary LLM provider) for generating chatbot responses.
  • OpenRouter Inc. (United States) — LLM gateway used as automatic fallback when the primary provider is unavailable. OpenRouter routes requests to open-weight models (Qwen, Llama) hosted by Alibaba and Meta Platforms respectively.

4. Retention

Conversation data is retained for 90 days from the last message, after which it is automatically deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 5).

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing giuliano@rocket99ventures.com. We will respond within 30 days.
